The fastest way: delete inside the app
This route deletes the active account after reauthentication and confirmation.
Use the account you want to delete.
Choose the permanent account deletion option.
Drivo starts deletion after verification succeeds.
Request deletion from the web
If the app is no longer installed or you cannot sign in, email us from the account email when possible. The email link prepares a subject and message in your own mail app; this page does not submit an automated form.
Include: your Drivo account email or linked phone number and a safe way for us to reply. Never send your password or a one-time sign-in code.

Verification and timing
We verify that you own the account so nobody can delete an account that is not theirs. We may ask for confirmation by email or limited account information that is sufficient for matching. Verified requests are usually completed within 30 days, and we send a confirmation when finished. A limited record may take longer only when required by law or an unresolved security investigation.
What is deleted
- The active user profile, including name, email, phone, optional birth year, profile image, and the FCM token linked to the profile.
- Your listings, their content and metadata, and associated Cloudinary images.
- Any dealership records you own and related memberships, when applicable.
- Your block list, notifications directed to the account, and Firebase Authentication account.
- Local app data when deletion is completed from inside the app.
What we may retain
We may retain reports, moderation decisions, fraud-prevention records, and the minimum security or legal evidence needed to investigate abuse, prevent repeated fraud, resolve disputes, enforce terms, or comply with law. Access is restricted, records are reviewed periodically, and they are not used for marketing after account deletion.
Backups or provider records may remain for a limited period under secure backup cycles or legal retention orders, then are deleted or anonymized when applicable.
Data stored only on your device
A web request cannot erase favorites, saved searches, recently viewed listings, comparisons, or local notification history that exists only on your phone. After account deletion is confirmed, clear Drivo's app data in device settings or uninstall the app. To stop any remaining general notifications, disable Drivo notifications in system settings or uninstall the app.
